      If your a self starter, hard working, ability to solve problems you will do fine.

      Present Upper Management and District Managers have no sense of what it takes to succeed in the field. Too many have not done the job, and would not be able to do it. Metro Areas and Rural Areas are too different animals, but you are held to the same hours worked.

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
