      Ecolab restructured its US field support in May and we are all crushed with the workload and the answer is just work longer hours (with no additional pay). I used to love my job and now I am having panic attacks before work.

      Everything. You are on your own to sink or swim. If you have a family or a life outside of work you and kiss them goodbye because you will never see them again. You will drive 5 hour one way and work 9 hours in the hot sun with only a 30 minute lunch break and then drive 5 hours back home only to have to do it again the next day which is only a few more hours.
