Not much development of individuals

Low contribution benefits, remote work, vacation time

Favoritism and hypocrisy run deep. Bullying, threats & intimidation were the norm. Reporting it repeatedly did not stop it. They don't live up to their own core values and they do not care about your mental health or well being.
