Keep in mind Ed Hardy has many licensees on top of their corporate hqs over in Culver City. I worked for one of their licensees. The environment was one of the best I have ever experienced for the earlier stint of my time there. The people there were really nice and very welcoming.

-no room for growth. -hires people with no experience for upper management positions instead of hiring within. -favoritism. -senior management is indecisive. -senior management is more concerned with personal issues than work. they stroll in whenever they feel like it. Always 1.5 hrs later than everyone else. -no raises or reviews until we asked for them.
