Quota is especially high, even when the floor is over-staffed. Also, it is ridiculous to expect sales associates to act as personal shoppers AND make sure nothing is stolen from the store, particularly when a lot of the merchandise doesn't even have tags. Very sketchy. Incredibly disorganized.
