Vantaggi

Exposure to a range of decent client work, ability to collaborate with better offices in the network.

Svantaggi

—Very poor overall leadership of the Atlanta office —Immature, insecure, untrained, and gossipy managers —Vindictive, cutthroat, and sabotaging culture among employees that really aren’t that bright —Open marginalization of people of color, with lack of upward mobility or inclusion where they are —Shallow efforts to respond to complaints, if they respond at all —Undisciplined approach to client work —More than a dozen resignations in past 6 months —Lack of appreciation for good talent —NO accountability whatsoever —Hyper-focused on money not people —Lots of obvious favoritism and backstabbing —Local HR team paralyzed with so many complaints/issues —No investment in basic training or professional development —DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME COMING HERE, you’ll regret it if you do.

Vantaggi

I worked with some of the brightest and best people in the business. Most of them are no longer with the company. Some good clients, and nice office space.

Svantaggi

Very limited opportunities for growth. During my time they reduced promotions to only once a year, and made many excuses for promoting as few people as possible (despite becoming the first "$1B" agency at that time). Morale was extremely low. People were forced to come into an office with nobody they actually worked with. Common to be passed from manager to manager. At one point I had 6+ managers within a 10-month span.
