Incredibly nice people. Everyone is always extremely helpful and courteous. Periodically lots of small employee appreciation activities such as catered lunches. Easy to request PTO and lots of holidays. Paid full day off on your birthday, for example.

Svantaggi

Limited upward mobility. There were ideas and some plans for a program that would allow current employees to make the transition to advisors, but did not look too promising.

- Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
