Low pay for Sunnyvale environment -- employees who were there pre-IPO are millionaires and others are scraping by to afford Bay-Area housing, this is feeding low morale among new employees Inconvenient location unless you live in the South Bay Don't bother applying unless you are a Stanford or Ivy League grad (for upper management); or East Indian (for the tech team)
