Over the years, I have navigated through all the roles within my department, ultimately securing a position in management. While the nature of my work is fulfilling, it's the company's culture and people that have truly anchored me here. My tenure at EFE has been a period of significant professional growth and learning, and it has also gifted me with enduring friendships. I appreciate the open environment that encourages free expression without fear of backlash, and I feel recognized for my contributions. Despite recent layoffs, I remain confident about my role. It's evident that the company strives to balance the best interests of its employees and the organization. The benefits offered here are commendable, particularly the emphasis on work-life balance and the flexibility to take time off without apprehension. The opportunities presented to me at Edelman have been extraordinary, fostering a level of growth that surpasses what one typically expects from a job. This experience has been nothing short of transformative.

- Executive leadership does not know what they want - Consistent turnover in C-Suite leads to departments acting like small internal companies rather than part of a larger system - Limited permission access for team members means that any absence or time-off can lead to a backlog of deployments
