The place is full of life and lots of things keep happening. It has the most innovative products and can really leverage its strength in financial sector to become a large player. Mid to Senior level employees are approachable and there is very little time for politics at work due to busy schedules

Top down approach, Frequently changing goals and timelines and inconsistent HR practices have cost the company a lot. It has to become a process and policy driven company instead of "My way or the highway" zone where every Leader runs his own shop of people practices
