Some decent people working at the bottom just trying their best to get a pay cheque despite being exploited

From my own experience: - Exploitation of labour by pressuring and expecting workers to work long hours and weekends - Extremely high turnaround of staff as contractors and employees are fired or quit - Workers are expected to take on the responsibilities of multiple roles without the equivalent training, support or pay - CEO embraces and pushes a toxic culture of underpaid, overworked and often underage workers and masks it using buzzwords like 'family' and 'pirate ship' - Volatile behaviour from the CEO and upper management - The company changes industry and the product changes focus often
