1. Horrible/no hikes. 2. No vision. 3. Edge products are dying or dead. Only Finacle has consistent revenue. 4. HR team is a waste. 5. Depends on Infosys completely for infrastructure, employee management. 6. It has become 'head heavy', the managers delegate everything. 7. Employees are forced to clock in 9hrs inspite of no official communication from the HR.
