Perks are ok, they feed you pretty well and throw good parties and picnics. Good bug report system. IT support is good and attends to IT tech calls pretty face, Programmers have nice equipment (monitors, PCs Ect.). Takes care of its employees when employees are traveling for the company(Nice Hotel, generous food allowance, nice Car). Upper Management treats employees pretty well in passing. Decent work environment, nice clean newer desks and workspaces. Gives employees bonuses based on company performance, and also a very small Christmas bonus. Stock Options are not great, but decent. Sponsors Toastmasters and other programs for some employees.

Minimum working week 45-50 hours, No True Lunch Hour. Working weekends and evenings at home is expected. No room for growth. Micromanaging is the principal management style. Basically a Cube Farm where programmers punch out proprietary code for 10+ hours a day. No learning opportunities, this proprietary technology traps employees with the company because no other outfit uses its technology. Work environment forces a "Cut throat" mentality where all other employees are against each other, management promotes this to increase competition. Dress code for programmers, shirt and slacks mandatory. Improper or ill performing working tools and software. Terrible place to work overall.
