      Rent discounts for employees, good benefits package, somewhat high employee turnover in the field could produce opportunities for advancement for employees who stick around for awhile.

      Below average wages compared to local competitors. Management is slow at paying commissions. Offices lack basic up to date tools like computers, copiers, phones and fax machines. This causes a severe decrease in productivity as the staff has to waste time struggling to complete routine task.

      For someone coming in with no prior corporate experience they did a great job of teaching me about investment management. Work felt very meaningful and they also introduced us to many products such as the Bloomberg terminal. I was able to network and meet with a lot of great people as well as grow professionally into other areas of interest during a short time there.
