Understaffed, minimal oversight from senior management, poor benefits

Patients , DO TO STATE VIOLATIONS DESPRITE FOR AIDE

I am sick of everyone interrupting me giving telling me how to do my job and going off on me not knowing what the situation is good or bad and people refusing to take report. I had the housekeeping manager standing talking to me and one housekeeper came up to e went off on something did not care her manger was there. Whether I knew about it or not I got blamed because i am white. I refuse to let a patient fall to the ground so a hoyer loft can go to another patient. just because the aide is too impatient.
