This review is on the Malaysian branch. I believe other branches are doing extremely well. This company sucks the life out of you. Too much politics and favouritism going on. Backstabbing is something you would face every day if you do join. Fake is the best word to describe this place. There is no such thing as "teamwork". The office is so quiet you can literally hear a pin drop. No music, no talking, you feel like you've travelled back in time to an era no one would want to live in. Everyone's on edge and yelling is their only form of communication. No overtime but expected to work long hours with not even so much as a pat on the back. Seniority plays a big role in this office and anything your senior says goes. (even if it's wrong) Do not expect any guidance or SOP or training to be provided. You are on your own. All rewards go to those senior even if you're the one who did all the work. They do not encourage you and try to stunt your growth.
