Better pay, wish they hired mature adults.

They have a great health plan that is paid, comprehensive, and immediately available. Pays decently, and the work is not intensive in the least. All you have to do is learn and perform professionally.

Relative to the industry it is a small-mid size company, relative to USA office, it is just one small office. This means there doesn't seem like you'll grow much if at all. By no means is this a bad place to work, it just means that it isn't a great fit for people who want to grow. Great for people that are supplementing spouse income or for people who are complacent with 1.5x minimum wage with benefits and the work is an easy typically office job.
