Its boss is an perfect example of typical Indian boss who thinks that he can only make profit by not paying its employees or interns , i have being part of their hiring procedure and i have really understood what is the real meaning of pure cunningness. The interns are given offer letters with performance based stipend written on it so that no matter how good your work is , how much you have worked he has an excuse not to pay you and he will never PAY YOU Doesn't respect his employees at all he is a dictator , supreme power in his own thoughts never listens to anyone nor take their advice because according to him he is always right might as well declare himself god . The most funny thing is he discusses everything with his (supposedly) HR from financial issues to hiring of interns and giving them stipend as if he isn't the boss of his company his HR is ! Usually he don' t have time to respond to anyone's query or discussion but whenever client calls or message even it is 3 am in morning he ll revert on the spot that just shows his greed for money All of those who are in contact with him find someone else he ll exploit you and i am still trying to be modest

Good communication with seniors. Good Teams.

Not much.Just the working environment is a bit slow which can be worked upon.
