Same broken promises, different year - Recensione dipendente - Research and Development presso Education Logistics

This is my 4th online, remote job and it is easily my favorite. My manager Andrea is awesome and this company provides a good work/life balance. I'm seeing a lot of negative reviews, not sure why. Everyone in my team loves their job and is never stressed. I have not had a single instance of stress.

Working remotely in general is just more lonely, but I have a weekly meeting with both my team and my manager which helps. They pay also isn't competitive so expect to get paid a bit less. Also, they have you log in your hours and record how much time you spend doing what using a website called Clockify. Some might call it micromanagement but it makes sense considering we are online employees.. not much complaint there. The company isn't big on culture either.

The people are nice and willing to help.

They are trying to improve, but training lacks structure, and consists mostly of asking co-workers for help.
