It's been 6+ year working with EVC and it has been an overall good journey. Evc is a great place to enhance your carrier and showcase your skills. You will get lots of opportunities for new learning and enhancing your existing skills with certification policy. Company pushes its people for various certifications which are 100% reimbursed by company and benefits both. As the company only operates in the US market, you can get global level exposure and great Mentorship. Let me share little of my experience. I joined back in 2015 as a sales representative and the company helped me excel professionally as well as personally and now, I am holding a title of Sr. Manager Operations. And as every organization in not 100% perfect. There are some minor concerns e.g.: Due to security reasons, cell phones are not allowed in the office premise which can be an issue for lot of people but you need to decide what is more important and they do provide non smart phones hence it is not that company is cutting you off from the world. Company is also strict when it comes to performance so if you just want to chill then this company is not for you. For me it has been a great journey and I would highly recommend to people who are really serious about growing.
