      You work hard and your contributions will be recognized. The team is good and people are smart. Flat organization where the founders directly interact with the team and team leads. Growth is good in appraisals. Weekends are off and no one disturbs.

      All days work from office, no exceptions. If you are not used to it, it will be difficult to manage. If your work is not done, you have to stay late to finish.
