Very values-oriented company. Takes care of workers. Does what they say they will do. Probably the most responsible investment company you can work for. Conservative philosophy that protects clients and customers from schemes and risk.

Svantaggi

Archaic setup that requires door-to-door sales and a lot of cold-calling. Fast ramp-up time to meet production quotas that doesn't slow down for anyone or anything. It's a sales job more than an advisory job, really. I never felt like I got the time to actually study investments. Lots of sales pressure.

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
