Vantaggi
A lot of autonomy
Svantaggi
Some get handed an office and assets, others start from scratch with little support. Field trainers look at you as competition. 2 year base salary gets cut after 8 months. Simply not a level playing field and I was personally lied to on several occasions. If you start and take over an office with 20 million or more in assets you'll be fine, but if your a poor sole starting out new new then you will have a rough time and made to feel like you need to work harder while others get 5 million without standards changing. They hire as many people as possible right on top of you selling the same area to different folks. After starting you learn about pressure to recruit. The whole system is based on the veterans getting accounts from the new guys. The training is on door knocking and folks don't like people just showing up on their doorsteps. I was within standard until I decided to quit but the standards are raised each month. Horrible experience being new new and treated like cannon fodder. The 100 best places to work, well that's the old vets talking that are making a living on the backs of new guys. Think long and hard and ask a lot of questions before accepting a position.
