There is a real Family atmosphere at the firm. Other area reps are very helpful and want to see you succeeed. Support at the home office is also very good.

When I started the technology and quote system was terrible but understand it has since improved. My biggest negative would be that as a new broker you start out having a home office. When you go door-knocking and prospects ask you where your office is located and you tell them out of your home , I ran in to lots of credibility issues. I understand that they have changed this recently.
