They are very easy going and it is much like owning your own business. You get the chance to create your own income, much like a normal sales job, but along with this you get the stability after being established to sit back and do less client cultivating.

After building a client base you must stay in the same town to keep your commissions that are from your normal clients. thus if you would like to change cities or are forced to move you could lose your income and have to start from day one in your new location.
