      Make your own schedule. Get to meet new people on the community. They provide all the training and pay for your exams. Regional meetings are a nice break from the work

      They love door knocking. No help when it comes to leads. High insurance. Still trying to figure out how to provide service to clients with new DOL ruling. Pay is too low for new advisors. Concerned about money and not about building relationships with clients

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
