      Great stability of you're good at what you do. The emphasis on career development is placed on the individual, but with the knowledge that help is encouraged and expected at the leader level.

      Compensation strategy is murky, not enough transparency to all associates. We're told job grades are average to the market yet we never see the market studies. Also, the firm is very conservative so if you come in hoping to make broad stroke changes quickly you'll be frustrated... quickly.

      They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

      Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
