They provide no help with generating leads even the commercials have no contact numbers. They place you within a box. No short sales, no options, no international clients Doorknocking here is useless. If you are a new FA you need to get lucky and have a office open with AUM or Have the Region leader like you and give you the accounts of the drop outs. In my area after 2 years only 2 New FA's made it to open there own offices out of about 110 new fa's.

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
