Stats will show that unless you get a good size book through either a goodknight program or inherit an existing office with at least 10+m your chances of serviving the first few years are less than 10%. And if you are one of the 10% that do make it from being a new new, it means you had a lot of cash saved up to hold yourself over til you started to make some money. and by alot of cash I mean at least 50K.
