This job is not for everyone. DO NOT APPLY if you think you might not like door knocking. They only touch on this in the interview process, but it is everyday for 2-5 years. Performance expectations are set so that you can't keep up with them in the beginning of building your business. Make sure you have someone with a few hundred thousand to start you off. After getting licensed you need to be able to work 7am-8pm in order to keep up with the work load. They set the expectation to work while you are at home with your family. Product training is very poor.
