It’s a sales position. Find people with money and influence them to transfer that account over to you. However, you get little sales training/support. You will be on your own boat for 3-5 years until you get an assistant.Expected Performance level looks like transferring in 300k-500k a month indefinitely. Most people that are successful are either given a large book of business 50 million plus from the start or have relationships with rich people.

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
