Benefits were good and compensation was great for what I did. They really do understand when you have something personal going on and they work with you when you need time off or switch schedules, etc.

Svantaggi

It seemed like you HAVE to be involved in ALL the activities outside of your normal job duties in order to advance. And communication between departments was frustrating as most of the time there was none.

They have allowed the HBA’s (home based associates) to remain remote

Micromanagers, they say they are okay if you want to apply to another department within the firm but the minute you do it’s like you get a target on your back. The pay doesn’t match the workload and the word is that you have to quit and then come back to make what you should already be getting paid. Benefits are terrible but 401k is pretty good
