One of the positives about this company is its a great entry level sales job. If you are people oriented and goal driven, this is the position for you! The have some great managers on staff that you can really learn a lot from if this is something you can see yourself having a career in.

The biggest downside of Edwards is there is zero growth potential. In the interview process you are told that within 2 - 3 years there is the potential for promotion, this is 100% untrue. There have been multiple times where the company has been in the position to promote many and have chosen to hire from outside the company. They definitely underutilize a large majority of their staff. The only training program they have is for new hires, forget learning about any other positions. Upper management tends to pick apart the littlest of things and creates an unhealthy competition within the company and its employees. If you are looking to grow with a company, this is not the company for you.
