The corporate office is so detached from reality and their people it blew my mind. They have no concept of work life balance, they expect you to use your personal phone and be available to residents even on your time off, of you are a salary employee and don't work 40 hours you won't be paid for 40 but if you work over you only get paid for 40. Every aspect of the job is micro managed and you never feel like you can get caught up. They encourage drama and are 100% against people being friends with fellow employees.
