Nothing that I can think of

There are some good people who work here but they are few and far between.

No training, poor communication, inexperienced people in supervisory positions, no real HR department, mandatory overtime without pay, rudeness and lack of respect amongst employees and management, outdated computers/software, depressing office environment, inconsistent treatment of employees, management takes no interest in wellbeing of their employees. They talk at you, not with you.
