Vantaggi

This is my first software engineering job out of college so I can’t really compare this one to another, but I have definitely enjoyed my time here. There are a lot of exciting projects to work on. Most of these projects are intentionally given as more ideas/suggestions and as long as you’re willing to take the initiative on it you’ll definitely have fun creating some awesome stuff.

Svantaggi

Things move pretty fast once you’re get settled in with your role which can be pretty stressful when you first start, but after a while you become more comfortable the more confident you become in your work.

Vantaggi

I've spent a lot of time working within the Orange County startup community over the past 6 years. This is definitely one of, if not, the most, well-run, high-potential for success early-ish stage startups in Orange County. Here are the Pros - hands on training that grows to autonomy and moving up at the company from executive team with multiple exits. - Perfect job for recent grads - Opportunities to move up - Paid lunch every day (literally Monday - Friday) - Awesome team that enjoys working together. Seriously, the team is really cohesive. - Decent benefits: unlimited PTO, extra holidays, flexible hours - good work life balance - very low employee churn. I think only one person has left due to relocation for family. This is a good company to work at if you want to grow a career. The team works hard and executes well.

Svantaggi

Starting out at Edyza is slow. They take time to train you and make sure you are comfortable with what you will be executing on. The first month feels really slow and unproductive. However, after that first month, you realize why they run things that way. Work ramps up and you have confidence to do your job. Salaries are probably below average. They make up for it with paid lunch ever day, decent benefits, and honestly, really great opportunities. It's worth it in the end, but if you're looking for high pay over long term value, this isn't the job for you. This is definitely not a company you can slack off at. Everyone's role matters.
