The pros would be that it was a positive working environment with exciting projects and access to fantastic knowledge of the industry.

The cons would be consistent with any job in NYC in that you work long hours but it is worth it.

Very dynamic and supportive environment with highly competent, diverse colleagues. Work is challenging, rewarding and varied. Management does a great job in making sure accomplishments are recognized and rewarded.

Working with some of the top global brands means that standards are very high and mediocrity is definitely not tolerated, so forget about a predictable, 9-5 work week. Projects will typically require a lot of travel, sometimes on short notice.
