This is a great job to have if you are trying to learn how to run a successful business. Effectus Enterprises shows you the ins and outs on being apart of an event and I'd be lying if I said I wasn't learning anything that would benefit me in the business world. Not to mention, the employees are all supportive and fun to work with, the paycheck is quite nice as well depending on how well you do.

Though traveling can be a real fun experience, at times it can weigh on your pockets although your compensated for it on the next check.

Such a great, supportive, friendly staff. We have regular get togethers and are really in it to grow together and make something we are proud of. I love that in just the few months I've been here, I've seen several new clients added. It gives a lot of job security and definitely leads to a fast paced work environment. Optional travel opportunities are cool too.

You gotta want to give it your all. I guess it's not really a con, but this is not the place for people who just want to coast through. Everyone here works really hard, so if you're just looking for a job where you can punch in and punch out and not carry your weight, this isn't it. You'll be tired the first little bit while you learn the ropes, but it's a very supportive environment.
