      I have been working effia (more than a two year) I have seen some experienced people joined here but the fresher joined here and trained 1 year have more knowledge than a 3 to 4 year experience.. If you want learn everyday and make your carrier to progress this place is best... If you are really talented effia gives you opportunity to make yourself confident and help you to grow higher.. they ll look in to your smartness than experience..
