The managers helped me and trained me to the best of their ability. I gained a lot of experience and enjoyed working for Eide Bailly.

I did not receive much feedback about how I was progressing. I would have liked to been able to see what I was doing wrong and be corrected by the managers.

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
