Some of the people are awesome to work with. It was a pleasure to work there while the previous department head was running tax.

Management does not care. They are not interested in helping you grow your career. Management and HR does not listen when you tell them if you're having an issue.

Good amount of holidays and PTO. Lifestyle spending account and remote work were great.

In an attempt to get me to leave, little by little, my job duties were taken over by others in the department. Partners let this happen and did nothing to help me. Eventually, they eliminated my role. I documented multiple instances where the work environment was incredibly toxic but no one cared. HR never even contacted me for an exit interview. My experience was that if you did not fit into the boys club you would not succeed. There was a culture of micro-aggressions, cruelty, and badmouthing others when they weren't in the room and excluding anyone who did not fit their views.
