      Lots of learning opportunities. Helpful and empathetic management. Both vertical and lateral movement possible. Company is stable and has got solid potential for growth. Compensation is competitive with good growth trajectory. Having worked in many start ups, I can safely claim that EigenRisk has got solid foundations.

      I would not call it a negative points, just a mention for those who might fancy joining any start ups.It is a growing company and as with any growing entity, it is evolving, learning from it's mistakes and improving. If you lack that sense of empathy, you might mistake in interpreting things. So be open. There are possibilities of improvements, primarily in infrastructure.

      Nothing to appreciate about this company. No respect at all. Lots of politics in the company. Terrible leadership. Co-founder of this company is really good at insulting people as if we are his slave. Many people left the company because of company's pathetic culture and its co-founder. So please think 100 times before joining this crap company
