Working with a famous designer and brands...

On day one, I was verbally attacked by one of my new employees, lied to about salary, made to use a phone that tracked me, never given a working computer and as I joined based on relationship with the founder, never heard from him again... This place is great as long as what you want to do is talk leading and kerning while putting together 80 pages on such simplicity.... Very smart people overthinking very basic things...

Remote/Hybrid work flexibility. Work life balance is not too bad due to lack of projects.

There are no young designers, and the higher-ups are older with outdated design tastes. They seem comfortable sticking to their old ways, which no longer work. HR is practically nonexistent—people are leaving or being laid off, yet the HR representative always acts as if nothing is happening. It feels very unsettling to work here. While I enjoy the remote work experience, I can understand why young designers wouldn't want to join this company.
