2) If you leave company including HR will work togther to get revenge from you.
3) I joined in February and left company by april, there was no mental peace, I was forced to leave the company.
4) All my access were revoked the day i resigned, i.e. 2months before my last working day.
5) I was asked to work on a project 3 days before last working day
There are countless cons, so i suggest never to join small companies.
