Very negative atmospehere. People shouting at you to do things while your trying to talk to a customer and do your job. Place is ran by favouritism 70% of people that have been promoted have been through sheer nepotism. Promotion opportunities not advertised, more like whispered in the ear of a select few. Constant nit picking without ever being praised for your efforts or success. Job threatened on almost daily basis. Managers speak to you like your a child. Unobtainable statistics, even if you do reach them they'll move the target. Have no compassion whatsoever, never allowed to be absent probably due to the amount of people leaving and not coming in. Obsessed with the schedule, giving people warnings for being SECONDS over their breaks, bearing in mind if you get 3 warnings you have a meeting which could result in being fired. Ever changing rules. You can be told to do something one week and punished for doing it the next, every team leader telling you different things.
