Vantaggi

Some of the attorneys and staff are very fun and friendly

Svantaggi

The owner of the company will not even say hello to the staff. Administration is a joke. It starts from the top down……..

Vantaggi

Compensation is paid on time and is competitive (but beware of trade-off - your soul/sanity). The environment may appeal to those seeking exposure to a very high-volume, fast-paced workload.

Svantaggi

Cons… Based on my experience, the work culture is extremely challenging and closely aligns with many of the negative reviews already posted. Prospective employees should read those reviews carefully before accepting a role as an attorney or staff member. Leadership appears primarily focused on output and productivity, with limited attention given to employee morale, professional development, or well-being. The environment feels impersonal and transactional. Basic workplace courtesies—such as greeting colleagues or fostering a sense of team—are largely absent, which contributes to a cold and isolating atmosphere… it all starts from the top. No one to keep leaders accountable for toxic behavior/bad leadership. Weird fear-based, always-urgent energy permeates and is palpable. Workloads are consistently very heavy and frequently extend beyond reasonable expectations for a single role. While employees are expected to deliver a significant volume of work, there is little recognition or acknowledgment for sustained effort or contributions. Over time, the culture erodes motivation and confidence rather than developing talent. Employees feel undervalued and targeted at times. Morale is consistently low, and burnout appears to be the norm rather than the exception. There is no genuine or sustained investment in employees’ growth, development, or overall well-being. This environment may suit individuals who are comfortable with long hours, minimal feedback, and limited support. However, it will likely be difficult for those who value collaboration, encouragement, professional respect, and long-term development.
