      -CEO -CEO -CEO -CEO -CEO What was once a great combination of 3 talented startups is now turned into ashes. so depressing.............The CEO is super inexperienced and refuses to listen to advisors who have built great recruiting companies. She has consistently been brainwashed by folks who are great sales people rather than listening to folks who genuinely care about the company. She is so caught up about selling the dream/vision that she lacks any strategic roadmap in achieving her dreams. The CEO does not understand the day to day that recruiters go through. At one point, the company had some of the best recruiters in both SF and LA market. The greatest achievement she accomplished was driving all of them away. From initial acquisition in 1/2018, 9 out of 10 executive leaders resigned. I would absolutely stay away from Ejento and anything this CEO touches. She needs to step aside and just let the people who are more experienced run the company.

      I've been working at recruiting agencies for 15 years, and the biggest indicator of a great work experience is working with amazing people. My current team is hands-down the best team I've ever worked on. Why? -The team is extremely experienced (one colleague was VP Recruiting at Instacart, another just left a COO job from a fast-growing SaaS company to work with us), but everyone rolls up their sleeves and works hard to accomplish goals together - TEAMWORK -We work remotely and check-in daily or weekly to collaborate. We don't need to do daily activity reports, we just stay focused on how we can support each other - AUTONOMY -I get to meet some of the most interesting founders, CEOs, entrepreneurs, VCs and people everyday of my job - NETWORK For me, ^^ is what matters and why I keep showing up everyday excited to build.

      We went through a merger of 4 companies last year, that takes time for us as a single company to find our unified voice/ message/ way of working. We are over most of the humps, but it has been a process.
