Better to try than hesitate :) - Recensione dipendente - Recruitment Consultant presso Ekleft

As they are a headhunter company, Ekleft has contacted me and offered a 100% relevant opportunity, which I was glad to take. They've kindly assisted me through entire process of 4 interviews and salary negotiation, so I am thankful to you, Ekleft and perdonally to everyone who have kindly assisted me.

As a client I've noticed a slight glitch of miscommunication with Ekleft acting as a go-between me and my target employer, but they've immediately resolved it in a professional way.

I have worked for Ekleft for over 5 years and need to admit that the company gives the best opportunities for its employees. We had different courses, kick-off meetings, and other fantastic events in different countries. It was a great experience to try your skills internationally. I much appreciate the management for all knowledge I've leaned.

I agree with the previous comments that financial motivation wasn't well enough organized, and the company had internal difficulties. But I think the main problem was in high-speed growth and inability the local management to react on appropriately changed.
