A company run by undereducated arrogant people, with no vision what so ever. Absolutely no connection between the operating teams. As they fall back of paying the salaries people leave and new people take over the business almost every quarter. These newbies don't even receive a basic training and they're thrown directly to the devil's den to learn by messing up the operation.
