Beware and Don't waste your time - Recensione dipendente - Dipendente anonimo presso El Pollo Loco

I was here for short period of time for shear fact that El Pollo Loco is horrible place to work, mismanaged with unqualified people and management who run the place. Many of those who worked in my located are Not educated, stuck there for over 10 years and feel its important to impose power over workers, but being rude, mean, demanding and micro manage every aspect of the position. I was originally advised on my role in the interview, but day one was changed drastically to doing work I did not agree to in the interview. When going to the manager, my feelings were disregarded and my thoughts meant nothing. Even for someone starting out in the Job Market, NOT recommended, there are better places to work that will treat the employees better and with respect.
